The initial client meeting usually occurs at the site of construction. The site may be a lot that you already own or are considering purchasing. At this site visit, we walk the property and make recommendations regarding the height, location, orientation, and placement of the home.
We pride ourselves on building your custom home around you; your needs, wants and lifestyle. Beginning with a list of wants and needs, an initial plan design will be developed for your new home. Once a preliminary plan is drawn, we'll sit down with you and review the plan and send your plans off to create a final blueprint.
After we receive the blueprints we then begin to price your project and work on your contract. We will sit down with you to discuss the numbers and go over the contract documents to make sure everything is clear.
A fun and rewarding part of building your home is picking out everything that you want in it. Our in house design team will work with you to create the look you want. From the kitchen to flooring, everything is custom.
We will be in touch with you through the entire build to make sure everything is the way you want it. During this time we will also schedule a walk through with our site supervisor where you will go over lighting and electrical locations.

Just because you are in your new home doesn’t mean our relationship ends. Our in house service department will be there to address any warranty items or deficiencies as we continue to build on our flawless Tarion New Home Warranty record of over 40 years.
