Our Process
From our initial contact to your move-in day, the professionals at R. Moore Homes are there every step of the way.
We want to make sure you feel comfortable during every step of your design and build process. If you have questions, or just are looking to exchange ideas, we're always here, ready to work with you.
Initial Contact
The initial client meeting usually occurs at the site of construction. The site may be a lot that you already own, or are considering to purchase. At this site visit, we walk the property and make recommendations regarding the height, location, orientation and placement of the home.
Preliminary Design
We pride ourselves on building your custom home around you; your needs, wants and lifestyle. Beginning with a list of wants and needs, an initial plan design will be developed for your new home. Once a preliminary plan is drawn, we'll sit down with you and review the plan and send your plans off to create a final blueprint.
Signing the Contract
After we receive the blueprints we then begin to price your project and work on your contract. We will sit down with you to discuss the numbers and go over the contract documents to make sure everything is clear.
Selections
A fun and rewarding part of building your home is picking out everything that you want in it. Our in house design team will work with you to create the look you want. From the kitchen to flooring, everything is custom.
Breaking Ground
This is where things start to get exciting, your dream home is now under construction! We will be in touch with you through the entire build to make sure everything is the way you want it. During this time we will also schedule a walk through with our site supervisor where you will go over lighting and electrical locations.
Pre Delivery Inspection
When your home is nearly complete you will do a Pre Delivery Inspection with our site supervisor through the Tarion home Warranty Program which R. Moore Homes has been a proud member of for over 30 years with excellent standing.
Move In Day
The day you have been waiting for is here! We hand over the keys and you can now enjoy your beautiful R. Moore Home.
We’re Still Here
Just because you are in your new home doesn’t mean our relationship ends. Our in house service department will be there to address any warranty items or deficiencies as we continue to build on our flawless Tarion New Home Warranty record of over 40 years.
